Meet the doctor
Dr. Fraser Young
Dr. Fraser Young was born and raised in Lloydminster on the Saskatchewan side. After high school, he pursued his dental degree at the University of Saskatchewan and later returned to Lloydminster to practice dentistry for 2 years. He then moved to London, Ontario for an additional 3 years to acquire his specialty degree in orthodontics. After graduating with his Masters in Clinical Dentistry (Orthodontics) in early 2020, he is once again back in his hometown to serve the community and surrounding areas.
Family
Outside of the office you can be sure to find Dr. Young with his wife Chantal, two sons Beck and Harris, and their two wiener dogs Wally and Dave. He enjoys spending time at the cabin in the summers and playing sports (especially basketball) when he has the chance. As you may know, he comes from a very large family and looks forward to each and every holiday where they can all get together.

Amber
Amber is a full-time clinical assistant. You’ll likely have her be the one to help with one of your braces or Invisalign appointments. Dealing with most of your regular adjustment visits, she probably has the answers to any questions related to your treatment!
Amber was born and raised in Lloydminster. She is happily married to her husband Justin, and together their lives have been blessed with their daughter Ryley, and son Mason. When she’s away from the office, Amber can be found at the hockey rink cheering on her son or at home listening to her daughter’s musical talents. During the summer months, they enjoy time spent at the lake with family.

April
April is a full-time clinical assistant. You can find her in the clinic helping patients get towards their goal of the perfect smile. When she isn’t busy helping Dr. Young in the clinic, she can be found keeping the clinic in one piece by helping with just about everything else!
April was born and raised in Lloydminster, playing hockey through all of her school years growing up. She now enjoys spending her time going to the gym and visiting with friends and family when she can.

Rita
Rita is our office manager and insurance consultant. You can find her helping at the front of the clinic, always with a big smile on her face! She is in charge of keeping the clinic going smoothly with appointments, payments and anything else related to booking your visit with us. Feel free to ask Rita any questions that come up, or give her a big smile back.
Rita and her husband Jory have 3 very busy and active kids – Kale, Jaylee and Gage. They spend their time following them around to hockey rinks and ball diamonds all over Alberta & Saskatchewan. They’re proud to raise their family on the farm and love spending time with their families and friends.

Mckayla
McKayla is a full-time clinical assistant. She also used to coordinate all new patients so can be found helping all over the clinic. She specializes in Invisalign and helping patients get the perfect smile with clear retainers!
Mckayla was born and raised on a farm near Paradise Valley. Mckayla loves to spend her spare time with any outdoor activities – whether that be spending time at her family cabin or snowboarding in the winter time.

Candice
Candice is a full-time clinical assistant. She can also be found in the clinic helping patients with everything from adjustments to retainers and much more. She’s helped with just about every position in the office, so is a great person to answer questions!
Candice was raised in Lloydminster. She and her husband Josh have 3 busy young boys named Bo, Kipp and Finn. They enjoy being active any chance they can. During the winter you can find them out skating or watching their boys play hockey. In the summertime, they are doing everything and anything they can outdoors!

Courtney
Courtney is a full-time clinical assistant. She can be found creating smiles in the clinic and working alongside Dr. Young. When she isn’t making others smile with her infectious laugh, you may find her helping out in all other aspects to make your visit as seamless as possible!
Courtney and her husband Russ have a son Max, and a daughter Lexa. They enjoy spending time outdoors with family and friends during all seasons of the year. She is fortunate to raise her family in the small hamlet of Greenstreet just north of Lloydminster!

Jodi
Jodi is our treatment coordinator and consultation expert. You can find her with Dr. Young at each new patient visit, helping to guide you through every step. She always has lots to chat about and loves to spend time learning about whatever happens to be exciting in the world! Fun fact – she used to be a dental assistant as well!

She and her husband Justin live north of Lloydminster and have two daughters, Raya & Elle. In her spare time, she coaches hockey and spends the winters chasing her girls around the rink. In the summers, she spends as much time as possible camping with friends and family.

Emilee is our financial coordinator and back office admin. She’ll be the one to help get treatment started, insurance set up and anything related to contracts. She loves to help people and is fantastic with keeping things running smoothly!

Alaria is a clinical assistant and records tech. She can often be found helping in the back to make retainers, take photos and x-rays and keeping the clinic in one piece!
Alaria was born and raised in Saskatoon, SK. She relocated to Lloydminster in 2022 after finishing her dental assisting program in Nanaimo, BC. Alaria and her boyfriend Levi enjoy living right in Lloydminster with their dog Walter, and navigating their lives with their new baby girl Briar.

Alysha is a full-time clinical assistant. She can be found in the back working to perfect smiles. She has lots of experience in the ortho world and loves to go the extra mile to make every visit amazing!
Alysha moved to Lloydminster to pursue her dental assisting career in 2016. She currently lives here with her boyfriend, their three kids and their dog. When she’s not busy at work you can find her at the hockey rink or the soccer field cheering on the kiddos!

Michelle
Michelle is a full-time clinical assistant. She’s got a knack for always saving the day by helping wherever it’s needed alongside her normal wire adjustment appointments. She has experience doing just about everything on the clinical end!
Michelle was born and raised on an acreage outside of small town Killam, AB. In the summer months you can find her exploring the beautiful Saskatchewan lakes with her husband Jordan and their cocker spaniel, Sunny.

Kelsey
Kelsey is one of our lovely receptionists at the front. She has plenty of experience helping with everything from scheduling to billing and everything in between. Feel free to ask anything if you see her at the front!

Melissa
Melissa is the other half of our reception duo at the front. She also has lots of experience in the general dental field and is super helpful with all communications between offices. Be sure to pass on a smile when you see her at the desk!
